The views from the balconies were breathtaking.

My experience was marred by poor service at breakfast. I had communicated my lactose intolerance, yet the staff offered no alternatives or assistance. This lack of care and attention to dietary needs left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Additionally, the restaurant menu was quite limited, resulting in a disappointing culinary experience overall.

while i was expecting a royal welcome, the staff couldn't even manage a simple early breakfast request, leading to undeserved charges. parking was supposed to be straightforward, but with hairpin turns, it was anything but delightful. oh, and despite my expectations for an upgrade, it seems they forgot i was even here. just couldn’t recommend this hotel.
